Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is derived from the Terms of Service for the Brewfather application and website, operated by Warpkode AS. By utilizing the Brewfather Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

You agree to contact Brewfather or Paddle prior to raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to any Transaction. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice if a payment is disputed on your account.

  1. Eligibility for Refund for Web Subscriptions:

    • Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for new Brewfather Premium subscribers are refundable within two weeks (14 days) from the original purchase date.

    • Renewal Fees: Renewal subscription fees are non-refundable. Automatic renewal can be canceled at any time (must be done before the renewal is due).

    • Pre-Paid Codes and Discount Coupons: Fees paid using pre-paid codes or discount coupons are non-refundable. These codes are valid for up to one year and are subject to automatic renewal terms.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Users may cancel their Brewfather Premium Subscription at any time to avoid future billings. However, cancellation does not entitle users to a refund of the current subscription period’s fees, or any due renewal fees.

    • Subscribers must cancel before the end of the current subscription period to avoid charges for the next cycle. If the subscription is canceled after the new subscription period is due, the subscription fee is still owed.

  3. Purchases via Google Play or Apple App Store:

    • For subscriptions or purchases made through Google Play or the Apple (App Store), users must contact Google Play or Apple directly for refund requests.

    • Purchases via Google Play or Apple (App Store) purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

    • Warpkode AS is not responsible for processing refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the App Store (Apple).

  4. Changes in Pricing or Subscription Content:

    • In the event of future changes related to pricing or subscription terms, existing customers will be notified 30 days in advance, except for tax-related changes, which may alter subscription costs without notice.

    • For refund requests related to purchases made via Paddle on the Brewfather web version, contact Paddle here.

    • For refund requests related to purchases made directly through Brewfather via Stripe, users should contact Brewfather Customer Service through the designated channels on the Brewfather website or app.

  6. Conditions for Refund Approval:

    • Refund requests will be evaluated based on the conditions stated in this policy and the Terms of Service. Warpkode AS/Paddle/Google/Apple's decision regarding refunds will be final.
